Shipping policy
Orders are generally shipped out within 2-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail. We are a very small shop, so we appreciate your patience! We really do try to get every order out the door as fast as we can.
International Shipping
We are currently accommodating international shipments on an individual basis. Please email us at orders@vahallastudios.com so that we may provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date shipping estimates. In our experience only Canada and Australia provide continued tracking information. We are not responsible for shipments to other countries once the tracking leaves the United States - these orders are at your own risk. We are currently NOT offering shipment to the UK due to new VAT tax laws.
Split Shipments
Our store features a variety of print items that all have their own packaging needs; for this reason, your order may be split between 2 packages to ensure the safety and quality of each item ordered. Please do not be alarmed if one package shows up before the other, this is totally normal. If you have any concerns, email us at orders@vahallastudios.com and we are happy to check in on the status of your second package.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of limited edition prints, all sales from our shop are final. We do not except returns or exchanges, except in the event of loss or damage. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can get you taken care of!
Please note - each print is a hand-made screen print, which means there are humans behind the squeegees! There is always some inherent variance print to print because of this. We try not to send out anything that we personally would not be happy with, and we are pretty dang picky. However, if you have concerns with a product you received, please don't hesitate to reach out.
